Built on Trust. Mission Proven.

ESCO Maritime was formed in 2025 through the acquisition of Ultra Maritime’s Signature Management and Power business unit, comprising EMS Development Corporation, Measurement Systems Inc. (MSI) and DNE Technologies Inc. (DNE) in the US, and Ultra Electronics PMES in the UK.

For decades, we have supported naval and defense programs across the US, UK, and allied nations, working in close partnership with customers to solve complex operational challenges in contested environments.

Our footprint spans both sides of the Atlantic, with four prime locations that offer truly inspiring environments to work in. In the US, our teams enjoy the coastal charm of Yaphank on New York’s Long Island and the historic, scenic landscapes of Wallingford, Connecticut. And, in the UK, Rugeley, Staffordshire the industrial heart of the West Midlands and the leafy surroundings of Loudwater in High Wycombe.

Our facilities are centers of excellence where our team of over 510 skilled, talented professionals collaborate in a vibrant, growing company. We understand naval platforms, underwater systems, and the realities of defense procurement and we pride ourselves on being a place of genuine opportunity
